Chalkpoints: Terms & Conditions

Overview

Welcome to Chalkpoints. By purchasing a membership, registering for a class, joining a fantasy football league, participating in an event, or otherwise using Chalkpoints services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Overview: Chalkpoints provides educational fantasy football programs, leagues, classes, events, and related community experiences designed for youth participants and their families. Membership benefits may include access to online classes, league participation opportunities, educational resources, community features, and special events, depending on the membership level selected.

2. Eligibility Participants: under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that registration information remains accurate and current.

3. Membership Fees: Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected during registration. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Existing members will be notified of any pricing changes before renewal. Membership fees are non-transferable and may not be shared between participants.

4. Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Chalkpoints to charge your selected payment method until cancellation.

5. Cancellation: Memberships may be canceled at any time through your account portal or by contacting Chalkpoints. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for payments already made unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in the Membership Cancellation Policy. Members retain access to membership benefits through the end of their current billing period.

6. Refund Policy: Except where required by law, membership fees are non-refundable. Specific events, leagues, camps, or special programs may have separate refund policies communicated during registration.

7. Fantasy Football Leagues: Participation in fantasy football leagues is intended for educational and recreational purposes only. Chalkpoints leagues do not involve gambling or wagering. League rules, scoring settings, and participation guidelines may be modified as needed to ensure a positive experience for participants.

8. Code of Conduct: Participants and family members agree to: Treat others with respect. Refrain from bullying, harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. Follow instructions provided by Chalkpoints staff and volunteers. Maintain a positive and sportsmanlike environment. Chalkpoints reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations of this Code of Conduct without refund.

9. Intellectual Property: All Chalkpoints curriculum, videos, worksheets, educational materials, branding, and content are owned by Chalkpoints and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Media Release: Unless otherwise requested in writing, participants and parents grant Chalkpoints permission to use photographs, video recordings, testimonials, and event images for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. Parents may opt out by providing written notice.

11. Limitation of Liability: Participation in Chalkpoints programs is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chalkpoints shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in its programs, services, leagues, classes, or events.

12. Changes to Services: Chalkpoints reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, feature, league, or membership benefit at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify members of significant changes.

13. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
