Chalkpoints: Terms & Policies
Last updated: 6/14/2026
Overview
Chalkpoints Fantasy Football is a youth-focused program designed to help kids learn, connect, and have fun through fantasy football. By registering for a Chalkpoints league, parents and guardians agree to the terms below.
Our goal is to create a safe, positive, and educational experience for all participants.
Parent/Guardian Consent
All participants must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to join Chalkpoints classes, leagues, or live drafts.
By registering, you confirm that:
You are the parent or legal guardian of the participant
You consent to their participation in Chalkpoints Fantasy Football Program
You understand the structure and nature of the program
Platform Use (Sleeper)
Chalkpoints leagues and virtual drafts are hosted on a third-party platform, Sleeper.
Sleeper provides fantasy football tools and may include features such as:
User profiles
League messaging or direct messaging
General fantasy sports content
Chalkpoints does not own, operate, or control Sleeper and is not responsible for its features, content, advertisements, or changes to its platform.
Parents are encouraged to review the platform and supervise their child’s use as they deem appropriate.
Communication Between Participants
Because Chalkpoints uses a third-party platform, participants may be able to interact with one another through built-in messaging features.
Chalkpoints does not actively monitor private communications and cannot guarantee the behavior of all users.
We encourage all participants to practice:
Respectful communication
Positive sportsmanship
Appropriate online behavior
Parents should help set expectations with their child regarding online communication before participation.
Educational & Recreational Purpose
Chalkpoints is designed as an educational and recreational program. It is not gambling, wagering, or financial investment.
The focus is on:
Learning fantasy football strategy
Building confidence and decision-making skills
Friendly competition
Community and connection
League Structure & Assignments
Chalkpoints reserves the right to:
Assign participants to leagues based on age, experience, and registration volume
Adjust league sizes as needed (typically 10-12 participants per league)
Modify schedules or structure to ensure a balanced and positive experience
Refund Policy
All registration fees are used to secure a participant’s spot in a Chalkpoints league and support program operations.
Because league spots are limited and reserved in advance, refunds may not be available after registration closes or league assignments are made. If you have questions about your specific situation, please reach out directly.
Conduct Expectations
We expect all participants and families to engage in a positive and respectful manner.
Chalkpoints reserves the right to remove any participant from a league if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate for a youth-focused environment and these participants will not be refunded.
Limitation of Responsibility
Chalkpoints provides the league structure, educational content, and organization of participation.
We are not responsible for:
Third-party platform outages or changes (including Sleeper)
User-generated content or communication between participants
Technical issues outside of Chalkpoints’ control
